Site Planning

Trinity can develop a site plan for your new or remodeled convenience store or gas station. Through our years of experience, we have the ability to satisfy state (TCEQ) and municipal building requirements while building within your location parameters. Access for transport delivery, traffic flow, visibility and customer convenience must work well with the fuel delivery retail product systems.

Site PlanningSite evaluation should consider traffic count, visibility and access. An ideal site should be on a corner location with adequate space and 250 feet of frontage. Visibility should be at least one third of a mile and the location should be easily accessible. A 24-hour operation with few restrictions (beer, wine, food sales and car wash) is optimal. The average trade area of a full service convenience store is two miles; however, in some cases, drive time is a more accurate measure.

At Trinity Marketing, we are ready to work with your current site plans or deliver new site plans for your convenience store or gas station construction project.
