Trinity Marketing and Distribution Company, Inc. (“Trinity”) and its predecessor companies date back to 1976, when Curtis Lynn Graf began operating a refined gasoline and petroleum products distribution business.

In the beginning, refined products were purchased through contracts with major oil refineries such as Diamond Shamrock, Conoco, Citgo and Texaco, picked up at terminals in bulk, and distributed though both company-owned and dealer-owned retail outlets throughout North Texas.

Over the course of 20+ years, the companies purchased retail outlets and land to build new locations, which were designed and built by the company from start to finish.

In 1998, the major oil wholesale jobership segment of Trinity was divested, leaving the construction and TCEQ compliance function of the business to continue. Over the past ten years, both federal and state air and water compliance regulations have continued to change, requiring upgrades to existing fueling facilities.

Today, Trinity focuses on delivering the best, highest quality maintenance and construction services to retail fuel outlets in the metroplex. Trinity provides comprehensive services from repairs, upgrades, demolition of existing structures and underground storage tank removal to building new facilities from the ground up.

Trinity’s experienced staff includes three TCEQ-licensed “A” and “B” specialists with state contractor’s licenses and factory-trained technicians who can resolve compliance issues. They also offer and install new and refurbished dispenser parts and new and refurbished point-of-sale equipment.
